The emphasis is on lifting, with plenty of free weights, machines and kettlebells, plus a functional training zone, a calisthenics area, a cardio room upstairs, jiu-jitsu and MMA training, and aerial classes for children. It opens seven days a week, with shorter hours at weekends.
