Iqual Movement Studio

About

Iqual Movement Studio is on Calle Venustiano Carranza at Miguel Hidalgo in downtown Cabo San Lucas, close to the main plaza and the marina. It combines group movement classes, chiefly reformer Pilates and barre, with physiotherapy services under the same roof, so classes are closely supervised and instructors pay attention to alignment and individual needs. The studio is well kept and organised around small groups. It suits residents and visitors who want precise, well-coached reformer work in a physiotherapy-informed setting.

Reviewers mention attentive supervision during classes and a consistently clean studio, and value having physiotherapy available alongside group training. It has a solid local following. Contact the studio to check reformer class availability and to book, as reformer places are limited in each session. It is rated 4.9 on Google from 55 reviews.
